About This Machine

The machine is used for hard doughs such as petit four and sable dough, by changing the pouring head
The machine is completely manufactured from 304ss food grade stainless steel and aluminum
Imported from Switzerland that conforms to the technical conditions and standards of the food industry
European Public Health.
The engines and gearboxes used are of European origin.
All electrical parts used are of Korean origin.
The machine parameters are controlled by: 7-inch touch screen in Arabic and English.
The machine (CF60G) works on a tray 60cm * 80cm
The two machines (CF40G) and (CF20G) are on a tray 40cm*60cm
It comes with a three-piece petifor comb head:
1) Casting comb with rotation only with the two machines (CF40G) and (CF60G).
2) Sable comb.
3) Comb for casting shapes.
A fulla comb comes with the machine (CF20G)
