About This Machine

The machine is completely manufactured from 304ss food grade stainless steel and aluminum imported from Switzerland that conforms to the technical conditions and standards of the food industry European Public Health. The plunger is equipped with a removable chrome chocolate basin
Easily installed to facilitate the cleaning process and changing the type and color Chocolate. The refrigerator is insulated with foam, which maintains the cold inside the refrigerator and reduces the temperature of electricity consumption. The straw used in the cooling line is Chinese with a rhombus (baklava) pattern. The refrigerator skimmer is corrected and its path is maintained via a system electric and compressed air piston. The line is equipped with an electronic sensor that measures air pressure and works on stop the cooling process when the pressure drops to preserve the straw. The cooling temperature reaches up to 1°C.
Engines used with European-origin gearboxes. The motors are driven by speed control inverters from LS or DELTA, depending availability in the markets.
