About This Machine

The line consists of two main figs
1) Maamoul stuffing machine (KM-16).
The machine is completely made of food grade stainless steel 304SS and imported Swiss aluminum conforming to the conditions
Technical standards for the food industry and European standards for public health. The machine is equipped with a belt that can be removed and installed.
The settings for the shaping and cutting operations and the speed of the travel are controlled through a touch control panel. The ability to control all parameters and thus the size and shape of the product. Possibility of connecting it with the automatic tray grading machine. The engines and gearboxes used are of European origin. All electrical parts used are of Korean origin. The machine parameters are controlled by: 7-inch touch screen in Arabic and English.
The speed of the machine is 4000 printed pieces per hour when working on maamoul and 6000 pills per hour when working Without printing (latar – darko).
2) Printing and printing machine (ALM-16).
The machine is completely manufactured from 304ss food grade stainless steel and aluminum imported from Switzerland that conforms to the technical conditions and standards of the food industry European Public Health. Electrical feeder for the machine HZ 50/60 – V220
The machine mainly consists of the base which contains the motors and connections electric, with a tray tank that can accommodate 10 trays 40*60,                with a grading and printing mechanism. The pieces are received from the stuffing machine and printed using a special template for the trays according to Numbers and measurements controlled through the touch screen. The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt for trays that can be removed and installed. The ability to control all parameters and dimensions using a Delta touch screen. All engines used in the machine are of European origin. The engines are driven by Korean LS brand inverters. The speed of the machine with printing is 4800 pieces per hour and without printing 6000 pieces by the hour.                    The machine is equipped with 3 molds, with the possibility of adding other molds at a price to be determined depending on the size and shape of the mold.
